Frequently asked questions
What happens if I miss a GST return?
A late fee of ₹50 per day (₹20 per day for nil returns) applies, plus 18% annual interest on any tax paid late. Continued non-filing can block e-way bills and may lead to cancellation of your GST registration.
Do I need to file returns if there are no sales?
Yes. Nil returns must still be filed by the due date. Missing nil returns also attracts a late fee.
What is QRMP and is it right for me?
QRMP lets businesses with turnover up to ₹5 crore file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B quarterly while paying tax monthly. We will tell you whether monthly or quarterly filing suits your business better.
I received a GST notice. Can you help?
Yes. Share the notice with us and our team will review it, prepare the reply and guide you on next steps.
Can you file my pending returns from earlier months?
Yes, as long as they are within the 3-year time limit. We calculate late fees and interest and file them in the correct order.
